Terms of Service

1. Service description

Iron ACQ is a lead generation platform operated by Iron Automations LLC. The platform provides automated scraping, verification, and delivery of business lead data from publicly available sources, accessible via API, SDKs, and a web dashboard. The service operates on a credit-based model where each action consumes a defined number of credits.

2. Account responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials, including your API keys. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including API calls made with your keys.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam) in violation of applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and TCPA.
• Use generated leads for any illegal purpose, including harassment, stalking, or fraud.
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, credit limits, or other platform safeguards.
• Resell raw platform access or API keys to third parties without authorization.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the platform.
• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation, including data protection laws such as GDPR and CCPA.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

4. Credits and billing

• Credits are the unit of currency on the platform. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation. Additional credit packs can be purchased at any time.
• Purchased credit packs do not expire. Monthly plan credits reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.
• All purchases are final. Credits are non-refundable once purchased.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing credit balances are not affected by price changes.
• Subscription plans renew automatically. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. API usage

API access is subject to rate limits based on your plan tier. Current limits are displayed on the pricing page and in the API documentation. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend API access if usage patterns indicate abuse, excessive load, or behavior that degrades the service for other users.

6. Data ownership

You own the leads you generate. Lead data produced through your use of the platform belongs to you. You may export, download, or delete your data at any time. We do not sell your generated leads to other users or third parties.

We retain the right to use aggregated, anonymized usage statistics (not your lead data) to improve the platform.

7. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make reasonable efforts to ensure data accuracy but do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any lead data. Business information changes frequently; phone numbers, emails, and addresses may be outdated by the time you use them.

We do not guarantee any specific outcome from using the platform, including lead quality, response rates, or revenue generated. You are responsible for verifying data and ensuring your use of leads complies with applicable laws.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Iron Automations LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the dashboard or by contacting support. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in abusive behavior, or fail to pay outstanding charges. Upon termination, your access to the platform ceases and your data is deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on the platform at least 30 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of Iron ACQ after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
