Iron ACQ is a lead generation and data enrichment platform. We provide tools for acquiring, enriching, verifying, and managing lead data for outbound sales campaigns.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

• CAN-SPAM Act and similar anti-spam legislation
• TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) for phone-based outreach
• GDPR and other data protection regulations where applicable
• All applicable federal, state, and local laws

5. Data Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of data obtained through the Service complies with all applicable laws. The Service provides tools for data enrichment and verification, but you are responsible for how you use the resulting data.

6. Billing and Payment

The Service operates on a credits-based pricing model. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed as you use the platform's features. Credits are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Iron Automations. You retain ownership of any data you upload to or generate through the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Iron Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
